While Branson was deployed with his Marine Reserve Unit in Afganistan, Tasha dreamt of a fabulous wedding celebration no one would soon forget. Inspired by the Hilton Netherland Plaza’s art deco design, she envisioned unique patterns and glamorous gold details combined with personal vintage heirlooms. The shimmering gold aisle runner and “glitter girl” spreading sparkling flower petals made for a grand processional. The groomsmen’s antique lapel pins and the bride’s brooch collection used in the floral bouquets added unique personal touches. A perfume bottle turned cake topper completed the look of the truly amazing art deco styled wedding cake. In her own words, Tasha’s “art deco glam” wedding was a dream come true, a celebration of “family and fabulousness.”
